About Me
My love of photography began when my daughter came into this world 25 years ago. I wanted to capture every moment as she grew! I had a full time career as a teacher of children with disabilities, but I am now retired and have been able to develop a second career in photography. I am an artist at heart, and I think that is reflected in my work. I'm always looking for the best light, the most interesting backgrounds and the most flattering poses to achieve the best composition. I treat every client, event and session with care and professionalism. I do my homework to make sure that I am familiar with sites & venues. I feel that it is very important to meet with or speak to clients ahead of time, so that we get the best possible result. I enjoy working with children, families, couples and groups. I am very patient & positive with everyone, especially children!
I have a dedicated in-home studio with professional lighting and lots and lots of interesting props, hats, quilts, rugs, chairs & backdrops. My studio can accommodate small families, children, siblings, babies & individuals. I love outdoor photography, but in Ohio we don't always have that option! I enjoy designing & putting together different backdrops & props for my studio.
I love to photograph seniors, events, weddings, engagements, families, children & babies. I offer flexible sessions, both on-location or in-studio.
I often offer Special seasonal sessions in my studio, and also offer Special outdoor sessions during spring, summer & fall. Keep your eye out for these Specials, as they come with Special rates!
All of my sessions & packages include edited digital images that come with printing rights. I definitely feel that is to your advantage, as you are free to print wherever you like, and you aren't paying inflated prices for prints.
